This light installation at Yulara(near Uluru) contains around 50,000 light bulbs made by the artist Bruce Munro in his UK studio. The effect was magical.  It made for some interesting abstract photographs,too.

Inspired by Light - Field of Light, Uluru

This light installation at Yulara(near Uluru) contains around 50,000 light bulbs made by the artist Bruce Munro in his UK studio. The effect was like fields of luminescent tulips. 
I enjoyed the challenge of photographing this dreamy landscape.  The results were a bit hit and miss, but twenty to thirty second exposure times seemed to work best.
